we are better suited for repetitious steel and stainless steel component manufacturing. One of our key features in production is our fully customised automated ejection systems insuring the manufactured products are not compromised when released from jigs.
Amaris currently operates eight robotic work stations with further four stations planned in the near future expansion program. Our workstations have a footprint of 2000 mm x 800 mm and can handle products up to that size. Each jig is CNC machined and in house custom designed for high accuracy.
Amaris has invested in a fully automated grit blasting machine to cater for the demand of manufacture components requiring blast cleaning before coating. Each tree can handle up to 1 ton. The blast working area is of cylindrical shape 1650 mm diameter by 2200 mm in height. This process is most suited for small to medium size components. Our machine allows us to maximise components into one exposure resulting in savings for the customer. The blast direction cleans the surface for an evenly distributed minimum class 2.5 finish in compliance with the relevant Australian Standard. Human error due to over or under exposure is also eliminated.
Many products that Amaris manufactures require a protective wet spray coating. We can offer in-house  painting of poxy coats and other primers.
